arts grant funding through Foundation
Endowment income. To increase funding
resources through individual donations and
memberships, business sponsorships and grant
writing.
Advocacy
– To be strong advocates
of the arts and arts education
in Harrison County by partnering
with the Board of Education and
local arts groups.

increase the public’s awareness
of the Cultural Foundation’s
purpose and activities both through
